All content, materials, and resources provided by GOWISE Academy (“GOWISE”) in connection with its training programs, whether delivered in-person, online, live, or recorded, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These materials include but are not limited to:

• Presentation slides and lecture notes
• Training manuals, handouts, and e-books
• Video and audio recordings of training sessions
• Interactive activities, quizzes, and exercises
• Course content delivered through learning management systems (LMS)
• Teaching methodologies and processes developed by GOWISE Academy
• Templates, worksheets, and checklists provided during the course
• Graphics, logos, and visual representations related to GOWISE branding
• Any supplementary materials shared before, during, orafter the training sessions

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the aforementioned materials, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, are solely owned by Hannes Enterprises Ltd, operating under the trademark GOWISE Academy. The ownership extends globally and remains valid regardless of the location from which the training is accessed.

Usage Restrictions:

Participants acknowledge and agree that:

• No part of the course content or training materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, transmitted, published, shared, sold, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from GOWISE Academy.
• Participants are granted limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access to the course materials strictly for personal and educational purposes related to their training.
• Any unauthorized use of the materials, including uploading them to public platforms, sharing with unregistered participants, or using them for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Prohibited Actions Without Prior Consent:

Unless expressly permitted by GOWISE Academy in writing, participants may not:

• Adapt or create derivative works based on GOWISE training content for commercial gain.
• Record, screenshot, or duplicate training sessions, whether live or recorded.
• Incorporate any part of GOWISE materials into other training programs, consultancy services, or corporate presentations.
• Use GOWISE trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers for any promotional, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.

Consequences of Infringement

Violation of these intellectual property provisions may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to GOWISE Academy training and related services without a refund.
• Legal proceedings seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies available under applicable laws.
• Reporting of infringements to relevant regulatory authorities if intellectual property misuse violates jurisdiction-specific regulations.

Permitted Use With Written Permission

Participants or organizations wishing to use GOWISE Academy materials beyond the permitted scope must obtain explicit written consent from GOWISE Academy. Requests should outline:

• The specific materials intended for use
• The nature and purpose of the intended use
• The distribution methods and targeted audience
• Permission, if granted, will be subject to licensing terms and may incur additional fees.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Where training sessions include content, software, or resources licensed from third parties, such rights are acknowledged, and participants must adhere to the corresponding terms of use specified by the original rights holders.

Changes to Intellectual Property Terms

GOWISE Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Intellectual Property Rights Statement. section at any time. So you know when we make changes to this statement, we will amend the revision date at the top of this page. The new modified privacy statement will apply from that revision date. Continued use of the training materials after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
